Rick Dionisio - Managing Partner of TTS Technology

Since starting in the industry in 1995 he has built a reputation for expert service delivery, outstanding results and unwavering leadership. Rick began his career with Stride & Associates working in the most competitive markets in the country including Boston, New York, San Jose and Chicago. Throughout his tenure there he held progressively more responsible positions, including overall leadership of the start-up efforts in the Silicon Valley & Chicago.

Before founding TTS Technology, Rick served as Managing Director of the NYC based Professional Services Group of Staffmark. His team was perennially a top performing business unit within a firm of over 300 offices.

Rick received a Bachelor of Science from Radford University in 1994.

Jim Clifford - Director of Recruiting of TTS Technology

Jim began his recruiting career in 1997 as a full desk recruiter in NYC. Since then he has developed several long standing relationships within the IT, Quantitative and Financial Engineering community. His client and candidate connections are from Wall Street’s best known and most successful Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Money Managers.

Prior to co-founding TTS Technology, Jim worked at Stride & Associates and Staffmark where he covered the NYC and Boston markets.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Niagara University in 1996.
